Segmental Portal Biliopathy: An Unusual Cause of Recurrent Abdominal Pain

Portal biliopathy with segmental intrahepatic duct dilatation causing recurrent pain abdomen are rare phenomena. We are presenting two children who presented with recurrent abdominal pain in presence of portal hypertension, but without jaundice or other manifestation of portal hypertension. These cases are presented because of their unusual clinical presentation.
